Deep Blue Watches is celebrating their fifteenth year of offering divers watches; They are a brand from New York, US and are one of the few brands that are completely focused on divers watches, which means they know a thing or two about them.
In celebration of a decade and a half in business they will be introducing some special and limited edition models (think of them as other models) like this rugged beauty, the Master Chrono.
If you’ve been with your better half for 15 years – you know she should buy you a watch as an anniversary gift – a handy fact for any of you staring down the barrel of 15 years of marriage!
Talking about marriage, check out the harmonious looking dial that this watch offers especially in the white variant with its panda-style dial and that beautiful blue dial text contrasting with the matte white background – a heavenly pairing.
And at the heart of this watch is a Swiss automatic movement, the famous Valjoux 7750 with its 25 jewels and 28,880vph beat-rate, which offers a day/date as well as a chronograph function.
The 7750 is housed in a 1’000 meter water-resistant 316L stainless steel case with a diameter of 45mm with 17mm thickness, 22mm lugs width and 54mm lug-to-lug measurement.
The diver’s features: a screw-down crown, case-back and chrono-pushers along with a helium valve (9H), an AR-treated 4mm-thick sapphire crystal and a 120-click unidirectional diver’s bezel.
The bezel has a scratch-resistant ceramic inlay with blue-glowing BGW9 SuperLuminova, and more SLN can be found on the hands, dial and sub-dials. Hands btw are offered in black or blue.
Finally the watch comes on a stainless steel divers bracelet complete with safety, push-button deploying clasp with full links, half links and screwed links.
Black or white? Why choose when you can have both delivered in a special package with a ton of goodies, including a signed limited edition certificate. Follow the link for more information.
